- Not a Doctor: This Chatbot is an automated software program designed for administrative assistance such as booking appointments, delivering reports, and general inquiries. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- No Emergencies: Do not use this Service for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call an ambulance or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
- Interpretation: Pulse Diagnostics is not liable for any actions taken based on information provided by this automated bot. Always consult a qualified doctor regarding your test results.
3. Scope of Service
The Service allows you to:
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
- Receive pathology and radiology reports (PDFs/Images).
- View health package details and pricing.
- Locate Pulse Diagnostics centers.
4. Data Privacy & Consent
By using this Service, you explicitly consent to:
Data Processing: Processing of personal data (Name, Phone Number, Age, Gender) and Health Data (Test Prescriptions, Reports).
Platform: Message transmission via WhatsApp (owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.). While end-to-end encryption is used, you acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting health data over the internet.
Opt-In: Receiving administrative messages and health updates on your mobile number. You may opt-out via the Data Deletion Form, though this may prevent report delivery.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Confirm the mobile number belongs to you or a patient for whom you are the legal guardian.
- Refrain from sending abusive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pulse Diagnostics does not guarantee the Chatbot is error-free. Automated responses may be incorrect due to technical glitches. We are not liable for delays caused by WhatsApp platform outages or internet issues.

Pulse Diagnostics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
